  1. Launch the Outlook application from the Application folder on your Mac.

  2. In Click Preferences in the Outlook menu at the top left of the screen, click Preferences. Then...

  3. Add Shared Mailbox:

    1. Click on the Delegation and Sharing button under your account information.
    2. Click on the Shared with Me tab at the top.
    3. Click the + sign at the bottom-left corner.
    4. Enter the shared email address or department fax mailbox and click Add.
    5. If you have the necessary permissions, the shared mailbox will now be added to your account list. Please create an IT ticket if you don't have permission. 
    6. The new mailbox will appear in the Shared with Me window.
    7. Click Done to finish adding the mailbox.
