New Refund Process
In order to improve the efficiency of the student refund process, a new refund request process is being introduced to the Lynn University community. From February 2, the traditional paper refund request form will no longer be accepted and students will be asked to submit their refund request electronically via the link provided here.
Students over the age of 24 can complete the form provided here.

Our mission is to empower students by offering comprehensive information and resources to effectively manage their financial responsibilities to the University. Through transparent communication and proactive support, we aim to cultivate a financially informed community where every student can thrive academically and beyond.
- New Students: You will receive an email with instructions to setup your Lynn account. Your Lynn email is the official channel for announcements and communications to students and will allow you access to sites and information. You will receive emails to log into Workday and complete your new student onboarding tasks before orientation week.
- Current Students: We encourage students to begin their journey with Workday Student by utilizing the comprehensive Go Live Workday Student - Student Checklist provided. Returning students must check their Workday inbox for the go live onboarding tasks. Please refer to the Go Live - student onboarding guide for instructions.
Payment Reminders:
Summer 2024 tuition is due May 1st
Fall 2024 tuition is due August 1st
1098-T Form now available
Lynn University is required to file to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for each student who enrolled and for whom a reportable transaction was made on their student account, a 1098-T, Tuition Statement.
1098-T’s are now available for students to view and print online on myLynn.
We urge you to view this immediately.
1. Sign-in to your myLynn account (www.lynn.edu/mylynn)
2. Click the “Student Finances” tab (on the top)
3. Click the “1098T Tax Form” link (on the left)
4. The 1098T Tax form for 2023 is available to print (on the right)
1042-S Form now available
1042s for our international students are now available. Log in to the FNIS website using your FNIS username and password at https://fnis.thomsonreuters.com/lynn and then click the View and Print Forms link.
