- Open Internet Explorer 11.
- Click the Settings icon (top right corner) and click Safety.
- Click Delete browsing history.
- Check the Temporary Internet files and website files option.
- Click Delete.
- A confirmation message should appear.
- Restart Internet Explorer 11.
Safari on iPad
- From the home screen, Select Settings
- Select Safari.
- At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.
