The “Bad Request – Request Too Long” error is exclusive to browsers. The typical solution is to clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
Chrome:
- Open Chrome.
- At the top right, select More or
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to “Privacy and security,”
- Click "Clear Browsing data",
- On Time settings, select "All time".
- Click Clear Data
- Select Cookies and other site data
- Scroll to "Always clear cookies when windows are closed:
- Select Add.
- Enter the base web address wd5.myworkday.com/lynn/login.htmld
- Select Add.
Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer 11.
- Click the Settings icon (top right corner) and click Safety.
- Click Delete browsing history.
- Check the Temporary Internet files and website files option.
- Click Delete.
- A confirmation message should appear.
- Restart Internet Explorer 11.
