Description

Lynn University is now using Zoom Phone cloud service as its telephone provider. Sometimes, a phone restart is necessary, and Support Service may ask you to restart your phone for them.  Here are the basic steps for you to do so. 

Students

This service is not available to students.

Faculty and Staff

  1. Push the home button on the phone
  2. Scroll down and find the Settings option and select it
  3. Select Basic
  4. Scroll down and select Restart Phone
  5. Select yes when prompted

Mobile App

Does not apply to the mobile app.
