How to find computer name on Windows

Windows 10

1. Go to About this PC 

   • Use the search box

     1. Type "computer name” in the search box and select View your PC name in the results.
     2. Find your computer name on the right of the PC name row at the top of the window.

   • Use the Start menu

     1. Click the Start menu button. 
     2. Click the Settings button. 
     3. Click the System category in the Settings window. 
     4. Click About in the menu on the left.
2. Using a hotkey
   1. hold down the Windows key + Function key + Pause/Break on the keyboard.
