Workday onboarding

 Upon acceptance of the formal offer, candidate will be sent a background screen authorization.

Candidate will need to complete onboarding in Workday.

  • If not completed prior to start date, employee must come to Employee Services at the beginning of their first day to complete their in-person portion of Form I-9. This must be completed before any employee begins working.

IMPORTANT – employee may not start work until manager receives approval notice from Employee Services.


New hire orientation 

  1. new employees attend to receive pertinent information about Lynn, benefit offerings, introduction to Workday and optional campus tour
  2. date, time, location
  3. strongly encouraged/mandatory?


Orientation period

  1. 90 days, extension option

 

Acclimating 

  1. intro to team/key stakeholders
  2. needs… parking decal/ID card/marketing headshot
