Housing Selection Timeline for New to Lynn Students - Now Open!
- December 1: Housing Selection Begins!
- Head to lynn.erezlife.com to complete your housing application using your Lynn log-in credentials.
- After applying, create your RoomeeZ profile and connect with other students to find a match.
- May 15: ADA and ESA Applications Due
- If you require ADA housing accommodations or plan to apply for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), be sure to submit your completed application to ADA@lynn.edu.
- June 1: Roommate Group Deadline
- You’ll need to create a roommate group by June 1, 2025, if you want to request specific roommates. We do our best to make it happen, but roommate groups are not always guaranteed.
- End of June: Housing Assignment Emailed to your Lynn Email Account
- Keep an eye on your Lynn University email account. That’s where you will get your room assignment and roommate information in June.
- If you didn’t select a roommate by the June 1 deadline, you will be matched based on the lifestyle questions you answered when filling out your housing application.
- If you apply after assignments are sent out, you will be placed based on availability. Your preferences will be considered, but are not guaranteed.

- January 15: Housing Selection Begins!
- Head to lynn.erezlife.com to complete your housing application and pay your housing deposit through eBill.
- March 1: Housing Application Closes, Deposit Due
- Make sure your housing application and $350 deposit are submitted by March 1 to secure your spot in the selection process.
- March 1: ADA and ESA Applications Due
- If you require ADA housing accommodations or plan to apply for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), be sure to submit your completed application to ADA@lynn.edu.
- March 12: Lottery Times Distributed
- Check your Lynn email for your assigned lottery time! This time determines when you’ll select your room.
- March 18 - 19: Housing Selection Days for Non-Required Students
- Non-required students get to select their housing for the upcoming year! Choose between Perper Residence Hall and Capstone Apartments and find your perfect fit.
- April 1 - 2: Housing Selection Days for Required Students
- It’s your time to pick a space for 2025-2026! Required students can select a room in Freiburger, deHoernle, E.M. Lynn, or our brand-new Banyan Residence Hall—be among the first to live in this exciting new space!

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I request maintenance or repairs for my room? If you have any maintenance or repair issues in your room, please submit a maintenance request through the Maintenance Work Order. Our Campus Operations team will promptly address your concerns and schedule any necessary repairs.
Am I able to leave my items in my room during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring break? Yes! Not only can you leave your items, but the halls remain open during both Thanksgiving and Spring break and students are able to stay with no additional application or fees. For Winter break, you may leave your belongings if you are returning in Spring, but please clean your room, unplug all items (excluding the refrigerator), and other housing protocols shared by your RA during your end-of-semester floor meeting prior to leaving.
Are there any rules or guidelines I should be aware of when living on campus? Yes, specific rules and guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all students. All residential students agree to abide by the Student Code of Conduct and are held responsible for all policies when signing their housing application. The Housing and residence life regulations outline expectations regarding noise, guests, cleanliness, and other relevant residence hall policies. We recommend familiarizing yourself with these guidelines to maintain a positive housing experience.
Are there laundry facilities available in the residence halls? If so, how do I use them? Yes, every residence halls have laundry facilities conveniently located in the building. You will utilize the CSCPay Mobile Coinless Laundry App to pay, check what machines are open, and even get notifications when your laundry is finished! Tired of sorting your lights and darks? Are you interested in a laundry service? Check out our partner Campus Suds!
Where do we park and how do I register my car? All students, staff, and faculty who have a car or motorcycle on campus must register their vehicle and obtain a parking permit (decal) with Campus Safety. Students may park in lots D,E, H, I, J, K, M on the Campus Map.
