After the initial launch in June 2020, Workday enhancements will be added every six months. These These updates ensure Lynn University stays up to date with technology changes, regulatory requirements, and our ever-expanding information needs.
For all employees, Workday is where you manage all your personal and payroll information.
Log on to
- Update your home address, phone, and emergency contacts.
- View pay stubs and W-2s
- Update your direct deposit accounts and federal W-4 withholding form.
- Elect benefits, review them, and update beneficiary information
- Process expenses
For those whose work involves human resources, payroll, and finance:
Workday is your single site to manage all employment processes, from recruiting and hiring until the day an employee leaves the University. Workday is also the site to manage all your department finance processes, from expenditure requests, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments. Workday Student will be launched March 4, 2024.

Log into Workday
Go to Lynn Workday testing site and log in to Workday using your myLynn username and password.
Proceed to explore Workday
Once you have finished your tasks in Workday, please log out of the system and shut down your browser. Shutting down your browser will clear browser memory cache and prevent others from accidentally viewing your personal data.
